Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders within 7-10 days. Many Items are made or packaged to order and thus require several days of lead time. Items shipped lettermail are uninsured and in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we do not offer refunds. Please select letter mail shipping at your own risk.
We offer delivery within Weyburn for $10 per delivery. Pick-up at our partner locations is our preferred delivery method. We do not ship fresh flowers.
Subscriptions:
Pick-up dates will be confirmed by email as we approach the beginning of the expected timeframe to ensure you receive the highest quality blooms possible. Deliveries will occur the same day of the week for the duration of your subscription so that you know when to expect your delivery. You are responsible for picking up your bouquets - there are no replacements for forgotten bouquets. Bouquets not picked up within 48 hours will be donated.
Deliveries are contactless to the front of the dwelling; a safe, shaded spot and a vase or vessel of water where we can leave the flowers is required. We will not ring the doorbell or knock to let you know your order has arrived as your order will be delivered within the arranged timeframe - this enables us to remain on time for all deliveries. We do not guarantee a set time but you will receive an email when your order is out for delivery and another when it has been delivered.
You will receive a reminder message via text or email the day before your delivery so that you remember your blooms are arriving. If a vessel is not placed outside and a jar must be provided a $5 charge will be invoiced and must be paid prior to your next delivery or your subscription will require pickup.
I'll be away for a delivery. What should I do?
If you will be away for one of your subscription dates you may:
- Gift your subscription to a friend.
- Donate your subscription.
**For unexpected events (and with 72 hours notice), we may accommodate for a delay until the following delivery date - this is for special circumstances only.
Non-subscription deliveries:
Delivery will occur the next business day or according to the item description or custom request.

*If your order is to be delivered to someone else, we will knock or ring the doorbell so that the flowers can be received by their recipient.
Farm Pickup:
Subscription and bouquet pickup will be at our Flower Farm Stand. Exact directions to the farm will be provided after checkout. However we are a 3 minute drive from Weyburn. Orders for pickup must be picked up within the provided window of time.*
*Keep in mind that flowers are perishable and will decrease in freshness over time. Pick up your orders as soon as possible to get the longest life and enjoyment from them. Items not picked up within 48 hours will be donated.
