Garden Parties & Workshops

Not much! We offer the same amazing floral experience whether you book a private Garden Party or a Workshop ticket.

Garden Party bookings are private events for 6-20 people.

Flower Field U-Pick Workshops are a great option for individuals and small groups of less than 6. These are semi private, pre-booked events that will include other small groups. Workshop admission is $50/person.

• A tour of the cutting gardens and instructions for harvesting and post-care of flowers
• Materials needed for using the cutting gardens (sanitized snips, a jar of water, etc.)
• Assistance arranging your bouquet, if desired
• Cold beverages to enjoy in the garden

• vase or jar to transport flowers
• shoes suitable for the outdoors and uneven surfaces (non-wedge high heels will cause holes in our fabric and you will be asked to remove them)
• hat
• sunscreen
• insect repellent (to be applied outside the gardens only please)

Event times vary slightly to account for sunset.

7PM from July 24 - August 14

6:30PM from August 19 - 28

6:15PM September - frost

There is no access to washrooms on site for farm visitor's so please plan accordingly.

Please keep in mind that Jean Marie Acres is located on the same property as our family home. We expect Garden Party and workshop guests to respect our family's privacy and remain exclusively in the garden and arranging space as shown during the tour or you will be asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy – Garden Parties (U-Pick) & Workshops

All Garden Party bookings are valid only for the date selected and confirmed at the time of booking. Due to the short growing season and limited availability, deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled event to allow us time to offer the spot to others. If we are able to fill your reservation, your deposit and any pre-paid admission fees will be issued as a store credit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments.

Garden Parties and Workshops will proceed in light rain. In the event of extreme weather or other unforeseen farm closures, we will offer an alternate date for your booking.
