Refund policy
We take pride in the flowers we grow and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
We have a 14-day return policy on non-perishable items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Non-perishable items (other than subscriptions and gift cards) may be returned in new condition for store credit within 14 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable/refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), subscriptions, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Subscriptions: In the extremely unlikely event of a crop failure we will offer a 50% refund in the form of a store credit on unfulfilled bouquets OR allow you to transfer the full value of unfulfilled bouquets to a future subscription. We are unable to issue full refunds.
